The opportunity:
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to own the sales administration and coordination for our US Sales team. This role is all about keeping the sales engine running smoothly - staying on top of Salesforce updates, following up on actions, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident working with a sales team (and chasing them when needed), you’ll thrive here at ClickView.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day sales admin and coordination to remove bottlenecks for the sales team
- Support pipeline management by keeping notes, stages, and key details current in Salesforce
- Ensure paperwork, documentation, and required sales processes are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor tasks and next steps, and follow up with Sales Reps to keep deals progressing
- Prepare and send follow-up communications to prospects when required
- Help improve efficiency by spotting repetitive tasks and suggesting simpler ways to run them
- Assist with basic reporting or dashboards (as needed) to support visibility across pipeline and activity
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Understanding of end-to end sales process and cycles is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (able to confidently follow up with internal stakeholders and, at times, external prospects)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proactive and assertive when needed (you can tactfully chase Sales Reps and keep things moving)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment where priorities can shift quickly
- A process-minded approach: you enjoy making things more efficient and keeping systems clean
This is a freelance employment opportunity, where you can support us from the comfort of your home and enjoy flexible working hours. You’ll also experience ongoing support from our passionate Sales team. If shortlisted for this project, you will be asked to complete an interview and a small practical task.
