The Sales Development Specialist plays a critical role in driving top-of-funnel activity and accelerating overall business growth. This individual is responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing new leads to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline that supports the organization's expansion goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales-related experience required, preferably calling into the hospital or health system setting.
- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with high-level stakeholders (hospital and health system C-Suite, Executive and Senior Leaders).
