Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator (RPh)

The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will oversee clinical services and optimize programs for ambulatory and specialty pharmacies at the client level. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Programs, you will be responsible for building, developing, and measuring performance while focusing on evidence-based practices to enhance outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
• 5+ years of clinical pharmacy work-related experience is required.
• Experience as a pharmacy preceptor is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure, in good standing, as a pharmacist in state of residency or practice is required
