Location: Remote (United States)
Pay Rate: $65,000 base with commission opportunities
OTE between $80,000-$85,000 in year one, with six-figure earnings possible in year two

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading strategic marketing conversations, and owning a book of business. This role is ideal for someone digitally savvy, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while partnering closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Own and manage relationships across 15+ monthly client accounts
- Lead and participate in digital marketing strategy discussions (SEO, PPC, websites, AI-driven visibility)
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage client requests and smaller projects
- Report on outcomes, performance, and results to clients
- Educate clients on services, strategies, and delivered value
- Support account growth through upselling and long-term client retention
- Organize and participate in internal and client-facing meetings
Requirements
- Familiarity with websites and digital marketing, including a solid understanding of SEO and PPC
- Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and how they can be used to improve online visibility
- Ability to grow into leading strategic digital marketing conversations with internal support
- Comfort managing 15+ active client accounts
- 3+ years of account management experience with local, regional, and national accounts
- Experience working with one or more of the following industries is a plus:
- Professional Services (legal, accounting, mortgage)
- Home Services (plumbing, HVAC, roofing, restoration)
- SaaS or eCommerce
- Understanding of how digital marketing services are sold, with upselling as a key responsibility
- Experience in managing website projects for clients
- Ability to manage your own schedule and work effectively and independently
- Strong collaboration skills with excellent oral and written communication
- Strong judgment in knowing when to involve subject-matter experts to deliver the best strategy
