Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing, user-friendly web pages with a strong focus on responsive design, SEO best practices, and performance optimization. You will create page designs, develop mock-ups, Figma/Framer aspect, and maintain and update existing websites.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js, ensuring SEO-friendly server-side rendering.

• Create page designs with a focus on current best practices for site navigation, website usability, imagery/graphics, and intuitive user experience

• Create mock-ups for proposed projects to be used as demos

• Translate high-fidelity Figma and (occasionally) Framer designs into code

• Maintain and update existing websites

• Implement high-quality SEO policies and follow best practices when it comes to incorporating them with content produced for websites

• Ensure optimal performance across all devices through responsive design

• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize, create/maintain, and publish website pages

• Manage analytics to ensure website pages reflect conversion rate optimization and best practices for faster website loading speeds and web visits

• Implement front-end web code improvements and customizations as requested, and make sure the website is compatible with all browsers and platforms

• Troubleshoot, debug, and test as needed

• Other duties as required, to support the marketing team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mastery of modern SCC (Tailwing, animations, or transitions) to manually replicate complex interactions from Framer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Mid to senior-level professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in application programming

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and PHP

• Advanced proficiency in Vue,js and Nuxt.js frameworks

• Experience with Three.js (preferred but not required)

• Familiarity with 3D development (preferred but not required)

• Strong understanding of Git and experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub)

• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Solid grasp of programming languages and technical terminology

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and articulate ideas clearly

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges

• Quick to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
