Clarivate is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (US Shift) to join the Customer Care team. The position involves acting as a first point of contact for customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical and product functional issues, and providing expertise to customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Library sciences, STEM, Computer Science or equivalent working experience
- 2+ years of related client service experience (Software support)
- SQL experience
- Experience with Salesforce or another ticketing system
- Experience with live chat support
- Experience with library workflow tools
- Master's degree in library science (desired)
- Previous working experience in a library setting (desired)
