Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- 2+ years of experience in a financial planning & analysis (FP&A) environment strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends and translate findings into recommendations.
