Salary £30,000- £36,000 Dependent on experience
The BidWriter role involves supporting the business and in particular the CEO, BidManagers (BM), Bid Writers (BW) and Account Managers (AM) in writing anddeveloping a response to customer’s tenders (PQQs, RFPs, ITTs).
The focusof the role is on developing a proposal/bid structure and then researching itto craft and bespoke response to buyer requirements. The role also requiresreviewing and editing previously written content where necessary, working withother bid team members to produce written bid responses and presentationcollateral in line with deadlines. There is a project management element thatinvolves engaging with the CEO/BM/BW/AM to understand the customer’srequirements; ensuring projects are tracked to always be on schedule; anddeveloping bid resources to improve efficiency and win rates. You will havemultiple working relationships with Bid Writers, Bid Managers and AccountManagers. Meeting tender deadlines. Ensuring correct governance is followed,especially for progress of tender/bid content. Evidenced early planning andstoryboard mapping. Reviewing the quality of content
KeyResponsibilities Competencies
BidPlanning, including: Project plans (e.g. using project management software),Daily bid progress management, company wide monitoring of project loads(identify pinch points, adapt to changing timelines). Ensuring bids keep onschedule. Completing statutory and non-qualitative bid content (e.g. PQQ prep,client information, references, etc.)

Educatedto A level or equivalent.
Bidwriting experience and demonstrable win rate.
Highattention to detail with an excellent editing and proofing ability.
Excellentliteracy skills, with an extensive vocabulary.

Qualificationto Degree level or equivalent.
