Job Description

Join our dynamic, remote team as a Platform Developer where you can help our federal client develop innovative prototypes.

Position Duties:

• Utilize rapid-prototyping techniques to develop prototypes for new data and analytics platforms.
• Develop and test enterprise-level tools that interface and work with enterprise data repositories.
• Develop prototypes, pilots, and proofs of concept to support the testing of innovative solutions and initiatives.
• Support periodic data community events like data hack-a-thons.

Qualifications

Required Skillset:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Proven experience developing code using rapid-prototyping techniques.
• Experience in the development of enterprise data tools.
• Experience implementing data security measures to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• In-depth knowledge of database management systems.
• Experience creating prototypes to test innovative solutions.
• Experience supporting coding challenges and hack-a-thons.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and Java.

Desired Skillset:

• Experience working with the Federal Government.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working with Agile Teams utilizing Scrum.

Education:

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other technical field of study.

Clearance Requirement:

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
