Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Photonics, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record in 8-inch and 12-inch semiconductor process integration and high-volume manufacturing.
- Solid expertise in circuit design, specifically within an optical or opto-electronic context.
- Exceptional proficiency in interpreting advanced material and failure analysis techniques.
- Deep comfort leading 8D problem-solving methodologies and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
