Participant Services Associate

CIEE is seeking a Participant Services Associate to provide direct support to individuals and partners involved in CIEE's BridgeUSA programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in a global and fast-paced work environment, and a strong ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload within tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Call center experience (strongly preferred)
• Second language skills (plus)
• Valid US Passport
• U.S. driver's license
