We are looking for a Quality & AI Curator Engineer to ensure that the organization's Generative AI solutions are reliable, secure, accurate, and aligned with business values.

Requirements

• Experience with testing, evaluation, or quality guarantee in software systems or data
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and RAG
• Analytical capacity to interpret logs, metrics, and system behavior patterns
• Knowledge of Python for automating evaluations and data quality analysis
• Clear communication ability to report problems and recommend improvements to technical and non-technical profiles
• Organization and discipline to document processes, incidents, and decisions consistently
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, AI ethics, and LGPD/GDPR
