Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years experience in a technical lead or staff position
- Hands-on experience building responsive web applications using React
- Experience working with scalable micro-services in Python, Node.js or similar
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, QA and other Engineering Leaders
- Ability to define metrics and instrument measurement
- Passion for rapid iteration and experimentation
- A point of view but encouraging critiques
