As a Junior Media Buyer, you will be operationally involved in campaign management, developing into a Senior Media Buyer in the future. You will take responsibility for your own campaigns, optimize them, and work closely with experienced Media Buyers, Tech and Creative teams.
Requirements
- Campaign steering and optimization on at least one platform: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola / Outbrain
- Analysis of campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CPL etc.)
- Identification of scalability potentials and implementation
- Turnaround of underperforming campaigns
- Creation, testing and uploading of creatives
- Close collaboration with: Creative Team (hooks, advertorials, LPs), Tech Team (tracking, pixel, S2S)
- Support with tracking setups (pixel, events, S2S)
- Self-accountable management of campaigns and budgets
- Experience in performance marketing on at least one platform
- Active campaign management with relevant budget (average: ~1 million euros in Ad Spend experience – less possible if strong skillset)
- Proven success: optimized or turned campaigns (turnaround), campaign scaling
- Deep understanding of numbers, KPIs, and data-driven work
- Experience with creatives (creation/testing/upload)
- Basic understanding of tracking: pixel, events, S2S (server-to-server), generally tracking technologies
- Structured and independent work style
