Job Summary

This is a role within Chamberlain Group’s (CG) Emerging Business Group, designed to lead CG’s go-to-market efforts for cutting-edge facility-focused software. A successful incumbent is responsible for (i) Developing and executing work plans to ensure that all implementation tasks for myQ Enterprise projects are completed on time and within budget (ii) Communicating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout

implementation process (iii) Managing assigned tasks of an implementation project, including planning, organizing, overseeing workflow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders; Partnering with customers and external/internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of software and hardware solutions Requires 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role and/or software implementation role and a minimum

of a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Develop solutions for customer processes and configure the myQ Enterprise software accordingly

  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process

  • Efficiently manage and oversee assigned project tasks, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives, while proactively addressing potential delays or obstacles

  • Determine key KPIs and conduct data gathering to ensure key KPIs are met or action plans are in place to help customer meet metrics

  • Document and execute testing of the solution to show the customer proof the scenarios meet the needs and the solution is working as per the design

  • Conduct training on the new software or system to users who will be impacted by the implementation

  • Conduct post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the new product is being used effectively

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ years in customer facing role and/or project management role

  • Experience with software implementations in the Supply Chain

  • Experience leading process improvement projects

  • High sense of urgency

  • Strong sense of Customer Advocacy

  • Proven track record of successful project implementations

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines

  • Ability to recognize and articulate trends and insights across the customer base

  • Change agent, able to drive new processes and streamline existing ones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

  • PMP certification

  • Experience in access control

  • Experience in facility management

  • Experience with WMS, YMS, TMS implementation

The pay range for this position is $95,284.00 - $162,604.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
