The Business Transformation Lead is responsible for driving complex transformation initiatives, partnering with executive stakeholders and coordinating internal and external teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation leadership, or equivalent roles.
- Hands-on experience in operating model transformation, technology modernization, and enterprise change
- Proven track record managing multiple complex clients and programs simultaneously.
- Strong experience working directly with executive‐level stakeholders (VP, SVP, C‐suite).
- Expertise in dependency management, portfolio planning, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent executive communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading cross‐functional teams across business and technology domains.
- Familiarity with structured methodologies (e.g., change management, program governance, enterprise architecture, or agile/ iterative transformation approaches.
