United States onlyCelerion is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive PC Asset Manager to manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets and ensure endpoint compliance through effective imaging, patching, and monitoring practices.
Requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Manage and maintain accurate IT asset records using ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules
- Utilize Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager for device provisioning, compliance enforcement, and lifecycle management
- Manage and maintain Windows OS images, including application packaging and automated deployment workflows
- Coordinate with engineering and support teams to build and maintain standardized images for hardware platforms and user roles
- Handle application installation and updates via imaging and Intune deployment, ensuring required software is delivered and maintained on endpoints
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly patch remediation cycles for Windows devices, ensuring timely and secure patch deployment
- Monitor patch compliance dashboards; track, report, and remediate non-compliant endpoints
- Collaborate with Security, Help Desk, and Endpoint Engineering teams to ensure endpoint standards and policies are followed
- Conduct periodic audits and reconcile asset data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain technical documentation, inventory reports, patch status metrics, and asset lifecycle dashboards
