Quality Assurance Team Lead role involves ensuring software product quality, reliability, and performance, leading and mentoring a QA team, and driving continuous improvement in QA processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright)
  • Experience with performance testing (JMeter)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of software development and release management processes
