We are a multifaceted CPA firm looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to our dynamic team. The role is essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly and providing excellent service to our clients.
Requirements
- Greet clients and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Answering multi-line phone system and routing calls to the correct person
- Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
- Manage client files and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform general office duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, shredding, and filing
- Retrieve the mail from the post office daily and running errands
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping and payroll duties as needed including the daily deposits
