Job Summary
The position is tasked with conducting a thorough review of internal processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in Operational Process, Metrics, BCP, Cost Optimization, Project Delivery and Support.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Initiation
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Identify stakeholders and establish communication plans
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Execution & Monitoring
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
• Monitor project progress using KPIs and performance metrics
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Track issues and risks, adjusting plans as needed
Communication & Reporting
• Facilitate regular status meetings and updates with stakeholders
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership visibility
• Ensure transparency in project progress, challenges, and changes
Quality & Compliance
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Adhere to organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct reviews and audits as needed
Closure & Evaluation
• Finalize all project activities
• Document lessons learned
• Conduct post-project evaluations and stakeholder feedback sessions
• Archive project documentation
Business Optimization and Communication
• Facilitating virtual and onsite training
• Change management and strategic planning
• Driving process improvement and SOP alignment
• Documenting operational value streams
• Creating dashboards and reports to track progress and outcomes
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role as a project manager in IT
- Full English Fluency
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- Project Management & Process Improvement experience
- IT Experience Coordination, application, testing, post project, communication areas
Technical & Business Skills
- Excel – Advanced - MUST (Formulas, Vlook up, pivot table, among others functions)
