Requirements
- Proven track record of success in outbound sales or account management roles
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM and outreach software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach IO, Sales Navigator and Gong)
- Fluency in German
- Prior experience in the tech industry, SaaS sales, or working with SMB clients is a plus
