Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience with proven track record
- Technical skills: Experience with CRM software systems, preferably Service Titan or similar appointment scheduling platforms
- Availability: Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and various shift times
- Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and strong verbal communication skills
- Multitasking: Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Industry preference: Previous experience in service industries or appointment scheduling is highly valued
