Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience using POS systems and familiarity with transaction processing
- Ability to manage shipping updates and provide timely order status information to customers
- Skilled in uploading, updating, and maintaining product data across multiple platforms
- Experience working with RMS to ensure inventory accuracy
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations, including order monitoring, fulfillment, and customer service support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Proactive and willing to take on general administrative responsibilities to support the team
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
- Familiarity with the Neto by Maropost e-commerce platform is a plus
