Responsibilities
- Expertly manage document intake and organization within TaxDome CRM/project management system
- Proactively monitor and update job pipelines to ensure seamless workflow distribution to team members
- Strategically schedule tasks and maintain project completion timelines for optimal efficiency
- Provide professional client communication through portal messaging and proactive status updates
- Deliver comprehensive calendar management support for firm leadership
- Coordinate and optimize workflow processes to maximize team productivity
- Serve as liaison between tax team and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely responses
- Maintain organized systems that support the firm’s high standards of client service
Requirements
- Tax and accounting industry experience strongly preferred
- MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
- Demonstrated project management and organizational excellence
- Experience with CRM/project management software (TaxDome experience highly valued)
- Outstanding written communication skills with professional client interaction abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
- Strong understanding of tax forms and accounting terminology
- Administrative support experience with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive financial documents with discretion and security awareness
- Adaptability to seasonal workload variations and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
