As a senior leader within the Wealth Product Management Center of Excellence, the Vice President, Product Management – Operations Strategy will define and lead the next generation of operational strategy for our wealth management capabilities. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the product vision, strategic roadmap, and investment priorities for operations solutions, including the application of AI and emerging technologies to transform operational processes and deliver best-in-class client outcomes.

This leader will work across business, technology, engineering, finance, and external partner ecosystems to drive innovative product strategies and operational solutions that enhance Broadridge’s wealth platform. The role requires a deep understanding of the wealth management marketplace, industry trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics to ensure continued market leadership in wealth operations.

A key focus of this role will be integrating and leveraging Broadridge wealth solutions, technologies, and strategic partnerships to create a best-in-class next-generation wealth platform. This platform enables wealth management firms to accelerate business growth while mutualizing investments in technology, innovation, and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for wealth operations products and capabilities, including AI-enabled operational solutions.
  • Create, execute, and continuously evolve the operational product roadmap to support market adoption of an integrated wealth platform leveraging Broadridge, client, and third-party best-in-class solutions.
  • Analyze the wealth marketplace, including client needs, industry innovation, technology trends, and traditional and nontraditional competitors, to ensure product competitiveness and market differentiation.
  • Gather and synthesize voice-of-client and voice-of-prospect insights to shape product direction and investment priorities.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic investments that strengthen Broadridge’s market leadership in operational processes, innovation, and AI.
  • Develop and drive business case approvals for strategic investments, including financial modeling, pricing strategy, ROI analysis, and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with finance, sales, marketing, engineering, technology, and QA teams to ensure profitable product development and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Expand and strengthen the integration partner network to broaden wealth capabilities, increase sales and professional services revenue, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure products deliver superior client experiences, including intuitive digital UI/UX, while helping clients manage and mitigate data risk.
  • Influence and align with business and technology stakeholders, as well as enterprise product management teams, to drive consistently across the platform and client service experience.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with internal leaders and external partners to achieve the financial and strategic goals of the North American Wealth business.
  • Manage revenue and expense considerations across the product portfolio, balancing innovation, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the wealth industry across business and technical product management, contributing to presentations, FAQs, collateral, white papers, and executive communications.
  • Drive regular reporting and transparency around product strategy, roadmap progress, timelines, delivery milestones, and financial outcomes.
  • Communicate with clarity and influence, demonstrate ambition, transparency, collaboration, and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry, including significant leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, strategy, and finance, including business case development, pricing models, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative approaches to next-generation wealth management solutions.

· Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Strong knowledge of financial services, securities processing, and the asset management industry preferred.
  • Deep expertise in product management, wealth technologies, digital best practices, and best-of-breed operational solutions.
  • Hands-on experience creating product strategies, roadmaps, and investment business cases.
  • Strong experience with data and system integration, from both business and technical perspectives, in support of wealth platform strategy.
  • Proven ability to present complex strategies and solutions to senior executives, technology partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify transformative opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional teams is a plus.

In this role, you will help shape the future of wealth operations by delivering a modern, integrated, and AI-enabled components that drives growth, operational excellence, and superior client outcomes. You will play a critical role in accelerating Broadridge’s wealth transformation agenda and positioning the organization as an industry leader in next-generation wealth operations.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $280,000 - $300,000.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
