Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, REMS Advisor Lead to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of REMS Advisors who deliver exceptional REMS program education to certified prescribers and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, collaborate with cross-functional BMS teams, and oversee the development of REMS processes, materials, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, required understanding of FDA REMS regulations a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and hire team members
  • Strong emotional intelligence with proven conflict resolution skills
  • Experience managing performance, including improvement plans and difficult conversations
  • Creates an environment of continuous learning and psychological safety for team members
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture
  • Strong strategic orientation with ability to translate vision into operational priorities and actionable plans
  • Analytical and innovative thinker who identifies trends, insights, and process improvement opportunities
  • Problem solver who approaches situations holistically while prioritizing relationships and partnerships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with engaging public speaking ability
  • Ability to deliver complex REMS program information in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
  • Skilled at presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Proficient with web-conferencing tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of FDA REMS regulations and industry best practices
