Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, REMS Advisor Lead to build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of REMS Advisors who deliver exceptional REMS program education to certified prescribers and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, collaborate with cross-functional BMS teams, and oversee the development of REMS processes, materials, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, required understanding of FDA REMS regulations a must
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and hire team members
- Strong emotional intelligence with proven conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing performance, including improvement plans and difficult conversations
- Creates an environment of continuous learning and psychological safety for team members
