Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Manager, REMS Advisor to deliver exceptional education and support to healthcare professionals on REMS program requirements, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance program understanding, minimize administrative burden, and prevent patient access barriers.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years’ pharmaceutical experience with 2+ years’ of focus on delivering training with specific experience in FDA REMS regulations.
- BS/BA/Associates’ degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in relationship-building, networking, and fostering collaborative partnerships.
- Skilled in engaging, creative communication and presentations; comfortable as an effective and enthusiastic speaker.
- Proficient with web-conferencing tools
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with adept use of Excel and PowerPoint to inform business decisions and deliver insights.
- Highly collaborative team player; able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Committed to confidentiality, integrity, and maintaining the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
- Motivated by a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexible and adaptable; capable of balancing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed.
