The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving trouble situations, as well as providing high-quality documentation of network failures and maintenance activity.
Requirements
- Three plus years related experience
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Nokia platforms
- Layers 2 & 3 switch and router configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with isolation of telecom equipment trouble
- Advanced customer service, organizational interaction, and teamwork skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
