- Execute account-based plays in tight coordination with marketing
- Personalize outreach based on real research, not templates
- Pick up the phone and run discovery conversations using Winning by Design's SPICED framework
- Travel occasionally to industry events and customer sites across DACH
- Keep HubSpot tight: clean data, accurate stages, useful notes
- Feed insights from your conversations back to marketing and product
