Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in ReactJS and strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Aceternity, and MagicUI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex user interfaces, optimizing frontend performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications.

This role will also be critical in building chat interfaces for AI-powered chatbots and leading the transition of our application from Create React App to Next.js.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using ReactJS, ensuring responsiveness and performance.
• Next.js Expertise: Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js to enhance SEO and performance.
• App Transition Leadership: Lead the migration of the current application from Create React App to Next.js, ensuring minimal disruption and improved performance.
• AI Chat Interfaces: Design and build intuitive, real-time chat interfaces for AI-powered chatbot interactions, focusing on performance and user experience.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into interactive, user-friendly interfaces using Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Acerternity, and MagicUI.
• Component Architecture: Build reusable and scalable components, ensuring code quality through best practices and design patterns.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions using Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Real-Time Notifications: Develop WebSocket-driven features for real-time app notifications to enhance user engagement and provide live updates.
• SEO & Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all user interfaces are optimized for SEO and comply with WCAG and accessibility (A11Y) guidelines.
• Testing: Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Must-Have

• 5+ years of professional experience as a frontend developer, specializing in ReactJS.
• Strong knowledge of Next.js for SSR, SSG, and API routes.
• Experience transitioning applications from Create React App to Next.js.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, Acerternity, and MagicUI for modern, responsive design.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience building real-time chat interfaces, preferably for AI chatbot applications.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Understanding of WebSockets for real-time data communication.
• Familiarity with monorepo architectures and tools like Turborepo.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio.
