Responsibilities
include:
You will be an Operations executive looking after client accounts based in London
- Being a brand ambassador for the company
- You will be accountable to run and look after your accounts to a high level
- Solving problems across your accounts quickly and effciently
- Be able to work in a high fast paced environment and able work under pressure
- Ensuring a smooth delivery of our service and operations across the business
- Recruiting new cleaners (we have great systems in place) where required
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi task multiple projects
- You will be expected to be a team player and report to the Operations manager
- Able to conduct many phone calls, Whatsapp and emails each day to ensure your clients and cleaners are delivering their workload
- Ability to multi task many pieces of work at one time
- Confident in Microsoft office and Google suite (including Docs, email and calendar)
- Able to verbally speak with cleaners and clients of all levels giving the best customer service all the time, a good level of verbal English will be key.
- Willing to learn new software quickly and effciently
- You must be a person that never gives us and wants to keep going till the job is delivered!
