  • Manage a portfolio of experiments, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy and roadmaps.
  • Review and validate analyses, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation and publish experiment results to a centralized knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Run reports and dashboards using tools such as Adobe Analytics and Power BI to support planning and check-ins.
  • Partner with tool administrators to provision accounts and ensure smooth access to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, ContentSquare, and related platforms.
  • Support training sessions and community activities to promote experimentation best practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning, Kanban maintenance, and team standups to ensure operational alignment.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in experimentation, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong background in online/digital UX and eCommerce best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.).
  • Proven expertise with Adobe Analytics and proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders across marketing, product, design, and engineering.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
  • Experience driving projects from strategy through execution to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (not required but preferred).
  • Experience analyzing traffic sources and customer journeys to inform test design.
  • Some knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand implementation considerations.
  • Prior experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple external vendors.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with ContentSquare or similar visual analytics software.
