ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategy and Advisory Lead at BSC will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation for our clients and shaping the future of our advisory practice.

Key responsibilities include:

BSC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver Strategic Impact: Lead complex, high-profile engagements that deliver transformative outcomes for clients, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Shape Enterprise Strategy: Partner with senior client executives to define business and digital strategies, architect future-state visions, and chart actionable transformation roadmaps. Drive leading practice solution integration, operating model / organization design, lead strategic program management, and differentiated change / adoption strategies.
• Elevate BSC’s Strategic Advisory Capability: Serve as a thought leader within the firm—developing methodologies, publishing insights, and advancing our strategic consulting toolkit.
• Mentor the Next Generation of Consultants: Provide leadership, coaching, and knowledge transfer to emerging talent, strengthening BSC’s long-term consulting bench.
• Drive Growth Through Relationships: Cultivate executive-level relationships and contribute to business development by shaping engagements, designing solution approaches, and authoring compelling proposals.
• Champion Excellence: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of BSC’s service delivery models and intellectual capital through our firmwide Journey to Excellence program.

CORE CAPABILITIES

Minimum Qualifications (Required) Experience:

• Advanced expertise in strategic consulting, enterprise transformation, or business architecture (Big 4 or equivalent top-tier firm preferred)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant graduate degree a plus)
• Consulting Leadership & Influence Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders and align diverse interests in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong executive presence, with the ability to simplify complexity, drive alignment, and inspire action through storytelling and facilitation Visual communication expertise—adept at creating high-impact narratives, frameworks, and models that resonate with senior audiences
• Strategic mindset, blending analytical rigor with creativity, and a natural inclination toward innovation and continuous improvement
• Strategic Consulting Expertise
• Deep experience in business and digital strategy development, with the ability to link outcomes to vision to execution
• Proficiency in enterprise and operating model design, bridging business objectives with enabling technologies
• Skilled in business process & solution architecture, using tools such as human centered design, BPML and value stream mapping
• Expertise in cross-functional solution design, spanning processes, technology platforms, data, and organizational alignment
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, defining capability led logical architecture to deliver client outcomes
• Demonstrated track record of driving strategic program management Technology and Transformation Acumen
• Working knowledge of modern technology ecosystems (ERP, CRM, cloud, data, analytics, and integration platforms)
• Understanding of emerging technology enablers (AI/ML, intelligent automation, blockchain) and their business implications
• Familiarity with SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall), and the ability to guide organizations through transformation journeys
