ERP Consultant - m/f/d

Join BLP Digital as an ERP Consultant and help customers reimagine their processes, maximize automation rates, and turn their AI initiatives into measurable success. As a versatile professional, you'll operate at the intersection of business and tech, leading end-to-end implementations of our Native-AI-powered ERP automation products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills — you can translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with and presenting to native-speaking clients.
• Experience with ERP environments or cutting-edge AI-driven SaaS solutions is a definite plus
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
