Finance Manager - EMEA

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee and be responsible for the successful financial operations and reporting for all the EMEA entities. This includes strategic planning to support business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Dutch accounting principles and tax legislation
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; excellent and advanced Excel skills
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
