- Drive outbound outreach to operators and partners to open new revenue conversations
- Manage early-stage pipeline: qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and tracking
- Support proposal creation, SOW drafting, and pricing prep
- Build and maintain CRM hygiene across opportunities, contacts, and status updates
- Research market trends, competitor activity, and new vertical opportunities
- Assist CRO/leadership with prep for calls, pitches, and conferences
- Coordinate with product, research, and activation teams to gather materials and case studies
- Own follow-up communications after demos, pilots, and RFP submissions
- Help maintain internal sales dashboards, trackers, and templates
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Draft concise BD emails, LinkedIn outreach, and messaging scripts
- Support event planning (conferences, dinners, activations) with logistics and client follow-up
- Work cross-functionally to keep projects moving from pitch to kickoff
- Comfortable with fast turnaround, ambiguity, and multitasking
- Strong writing, organization, and communication skills required
