This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper files as needed.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
Generate reports and summaries as required.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Respond promptly to data-related inquiries.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum of 45 WPM recommended).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
