United States onlyThe Senior UKG Timekeeping Analyst serves as a subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Timekeeping within the healthcare system, leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Timekeeping solutions.
Requirements
- Support end-to-end implementation of UKG WFM Timekeeping
- Translate healthcare labor policies into scalable UKG Timekeeping configurations
- Configure and maintain pay rules, work rules, accruals, holidays, rounding, shift differentials, on-call, call-back, and premium pay
- Serve as Tier 2/3 support for UKG Timekeeping issues
- Proactively identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions
- Support system upgrades, releases, and patches
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations
- Support union contract compliance
- Assist with audits, pay corrections, and regulatory inquiries
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, Nursing Administration, Finance, and Operations leaders
