We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our Workers Compensation Insurance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development efforts and brand strategy within a specified territory. They will work collaboratively with other Business Development Managers, Underwriting management, and additional corporate resources to develop opportunities for refinements to support profitable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the workers compensation insurance industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and trends
- Ability to develop and implement business plans and strategies
