Medical Director

BeOne Medicines is seeking a Medical Director to lead the Oncology & Hematology Medical function and elevate scientific leadership across Turkey. The role is accountable for defining and executing the national medical strategy, driving launch and lifecycle excellence, advancing evidence generation, and strengthening stakeholder engagement.

• Define and execute the Turkey Oncology & Hematology medical strategy and annual plans
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to embed medical insights into brand and access strategies
• Lead pre-launch readiness, launch execution, and post-launch medical activities
