In this role you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be a trusted advisor, responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Security services for diverse client environments ensuring customer satisfaction. You will help them stabilized developed solution areas.

Security defender for endpoint is a role that involves protecting the network and devices of an organization from cyberattacks. The main responsibilities of a security defender for endpoint are:

  • Installing, configuring and maintaining security software and tools on endpoints, such as antivirus, firewall, encryption, etc.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the security status and alerts of endpoints, using tools such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Defender, etc.
  • Responding to security incidents and threats on endpoints, such as malware infections, ransomware attacks, phishing attempts, etc.
  • Performing security assessments and audits on endpoints, using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, etc.
  • Developing and implementing security policies and best practices for endpoint protection, such as password management, patch management, device management, etc.
  • Educating and training end users and stakeholders on endpoint security awareness and compliance.

To be a successful security defender for endpoint, one should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or a related field
  • A certification in endpoint security, such as Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CompTIA Security+, etc.
  • A strong knowledge of endpoint security concepts, technologies and tools
  • A good understanding of network security, cloud security and threat intelligence
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A good communication and collaboration skills
  • A willingness to learn new skills and technologies
