Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience with demonstrable experience in new paradigms of AI-assisted development
- Agentive Development: Proven experience using AI models (Claude Code and Antigravity) to generate and structure code in an agentive way
- Deep understanding of React.js and Node.js to guide and validate the generated code by the AI
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Ability to break down complex requirements into clear and structured prompts for the AI agents
- Skill to lead the adoption of agentive methodologies and guide other developers in this paradigm shift
- Strong focus on the final solution and the impact of the product, not on the manual coding process
- Ability to make technical decisions independently
