Senior Designer (UI/UX & Branding)
We are looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional expertise in UI/UX design, branding, and creative direction. This pivotal role is the bridge between design strategy and execution, shaping digital experiences, strengthening brand identity, and ensuring cohesive, high-quality design delivery across all platforms. You'll lead the creative process end-to-end, guiding both the vision and the execution.
Part-time: Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours)
Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $950-1300 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead UI/UX design projects from concept to delivery across web, mobile, and digital products.
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems, including comprehensive style guides, brand manuals, and visual frameworks.
- Conduct UX research and translate findings into actionable insights, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create information architecture, user flows, and low/high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the UX strategy, ensuring design decisions align with both business objectives and user needs.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across all user touch points.
- Partner with marketing teams to design content marketing assets, campaign visuals, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery.
- Present design concepts clearly to internal teams, clients, and leadership, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in design, specifically including UI/UX and branding.
- Proven track record in design leadership, managing or leading cross-functional design projects.
- Fluent in Figma (for UX/UI) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of the complete UX design process, from user research to prototyping and usability testing.
- Demonstrated experience with brand design and visual identity development, including style guides and brand uplifts.
- Familiarity with content marketing design principles and ability to align creative assets with strategic campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, able to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to discuss design ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with motion design (After Effects or similar).
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS basics).
- Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or automated design workflows.
