Work Hours: Part-time (5-10hours/week with potential to grow into more hours); US timezone

Salary: $400-600/month (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools to uncover insights.
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot GA4 to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations that improve campaign performance and ad spend efficiency.
- Work closely with our Data Analyst to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on KPIs and campaign outcomes to keep stakeholders informed.
- 5+ years of experience managing digital ad campaigns across major platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), including setup, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail industries is required.
- Strong consulting-style communication skills, able to engage clients and explain findings clearly.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or creative campaign execution is a plus.
