What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the Head of Growth Product on research, ideation, planning, execution, deployment, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering and design on sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management to execute the roadmap.
• Create and maintain the product backlog.
• Conduct research on marketing trends and competitors to promote software‑development services.
• Prioritize initiatives by business value and growth impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 3‑5 years of Growth Product Management experience in a tech‑focused B2B environment.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills to solve growth challenges.
• Proven track record of designing, optimizing, and scaling websites for improved conversion rates and engagement.
• Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation for continuous improvement.
• Degree in a quantitative or technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics).
• Location: US, Canada, LATAM, or Western Europe, with at least 2 years of experience studying or working in the US.
• Advanced English proficiency.
