ESG/sustainability is a continuously evolving landscape and sustainability reporting requirements continue to increase globally. Aside from compliance, organizations are facing greater expectations not only from regulatory bodies, but also from different stakeholders: customers, investors, employees, suppliers, lenders, etc. We are currently expanding our ESG team to support our Convene ESG Software which aims to support our clients in their sustainability reporting journey from standard compliance to next-level ESG governance. The team will continue to grow over the next years as we continue to expand our market and grow our clients. We are looking for candidates with relevant sustainability and ESG reporting or ratings/analysis background to join our team. The successful candidate is expected to have a strong interest in general ESG trends and topics, as well as a keen eye for details on data/disclosure quality.

The main responsibilities are:

• Assisting the Sales team with ESG domain knowledge
• Provide advisory to the clients / prospects for the compliance of ESG reporting
• Provide onboarding of our ESG reporting platform to the clients
• Study various ESG reporting framework and contribute to the evolvement of the ESG reporting platform.
• Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities

The role requires interaction with clients/ prospective clients, partners and Azeus personnel which may be face-to-face or using other communications media.

Experience:

• Has at least 1 - 3 years of professional experience in sustainability/ESG-related roles, preferably with disclosure analysis, data extraction, and report writing experience
• Knowledge on different company disclosures and reporting requirements such as annual and sustainability reports
• Good to have: Strong background/knowledge on sustainability topics in key sectors
• Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
