Global Director Real Estate

The Global Director Real Estate will lead the Corporate Real Estate function, serving as a senior strategic partner to Business teams and Executive leadership across all divisions globally, providing high-level strategic oversight, governance, and management for a wide variety of complex real estate portfolios across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Direct and oversee the Company’s global real estate transactions
• Lead large-scale strategic real estate projects
• Act as a senior consultant to internal partners
• Direct the activities and set the negotiation strategies of global external service provider teams
• Lead real estate due diligence for major M&A and investment projects
