We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months, in a hybrid-to-remote role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring complete order fulfillment, and advocating for customer requirements to enhance satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
Requirements
- Manage customer accounts with regard to order processing, order tracking, delivery schedules, and complete order fulfillment.
- Utilize computer systems to document customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of order status and progress.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness.
- Communicate supply chain challenges proactively and present viable alternative solutions to customers.
