Philippines onlyWe are recruiting AI Video Operators and Editors for a specialized team to support a US-based client. You will be trained on producing 10-45 Minute animated shorts using an AI-driven animation tool. You will be responsible for turning provided scripts into high-quality animated content.
The ideal candidate is creative, as well as tech-savvy and excited to learn new use tools and platforms. A good sense of storytelling and pacing is a big advantage. You will break down scripts into logical scene prompts for the AI tool (training provided) to generate animated sequences. During the process you will identify and fix weak scenes and edit the AI's outputs to achieve the desired style, speed and accuracy.
Experience in video editing or motion graphics is preferred, but training will be provided for candidates that are highly motivated, creative and tech-savvy.
Responsibilities:
● Learn and operate a client-specific AI animation tool to generate video content.
● Produce animated shorts based on pre-written scripts.
● Ensure output meets quality, pacing, and tone expectations.
● Collaborate with creative leads, editors, project managers, and client-side reviewers.
● Troubleshoot basic AI tool errors and flag issues for support.
● Meet deadlines consistently across multiple projects.
● Maintain organized files and workflow documentation.
Requirements
- Background in 2D/3D animation, script-based video production or storyboarding / storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.) is an advantage.
- Ability to follow creative direction and structured workflows with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Comfortable working remotely with US-based teams.
- Comfortable in high-volume production environments.
- Fast internet and reliable computer.
Benefits
