Netsuite Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated NetSuite Administrator to support our client, a dynamic retail business specializing in a wide range of pet care products and accessories. This role involves ensuring the optimal use of their ERP system, including ShipStation and Amazon integration, to enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the NetSuite environment to meet the retail industry's specific needs, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

• Manage integrations with ShipStation, Amazon, and other platforms to streamline order fulfillment and inventory management.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business decisions and improve operational processes.

• Train staff on NetSuite functionality and best practices, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.

• Oversee data integrity within the ERP system, conducting regular audits and clean-ups as necessary.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator, preferably in the retail industry or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of retail operations, including order management, inventory, and eCommerce integrations.

• Experience with ShipStation, Amazon, and other related platforms is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop and optimize workflows and processes.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users across the organization.

• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and user experience.
